Responsibilities
- Manage project cost control and commercial activities
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and variations
- Prepare and review interim payment applications
- Assess claims, variations and change orders
- Monitor project budgets and profitability
- Support contract administration and procurement activities
- Provide commercial reports to management
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
- GCC/Qatar experience mandatory.
