Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Install, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot field instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Maintain and repair control valves, actuators, analyzers, and associated instrumentation equipment.
- Conduct loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning activities.
- Diagnose faults in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and control systems.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument datasheets, and wiring drawings.
- Perform instrument calibration using standard calibration tools and procedures.
- Ensure all instrumentation systems operate safely and efficiently in accordance with plant requirements.
- Maintain records of calibration, testing, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities.
- Comply with HSE procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant performance.
