Management System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Assist Company Sr QHSE management system analyst in setting up annual HSE objectives and monitoring and providing needed support for the realization of HSE objectives.

Review and implement permit requirements for materials warehouse and ensure providing appropriate qualifications training for all work permit applicants.

Report incidents, near miss, unsafe acts and conditions, and safety alerts with lessons learned.

Act as focal point for department SMART objectives, assist to management review and set achievable targets, and obtain department management approval.

Conduct materials warehouse and office inspections for all locations i.e. Dukhan, Mesaieed and RLC etc.

Participate in operations site HSE inspections, reporting, tracking and follow-up for closures.

Plan and organize department HSE tours.

Prepare department risk register, review and update legal obligations registers (LORs).

Prepare department training matrix and conduct periodic review for new requirements.

Lead safety campaigns such as heat stress management, chemical handling, hot work, height work and lifting operations.

Develop life‑saving rules, posters and banners for chemical handling, storage and transportation.

Inspect chemical storage and handling facilities and implement safe measures for chemical transportation.

Implement MSDS and safe work processes and procedures at warehouse.

Provide COSHH training for transportation and storage of construction materials.

Implement safe measures for lifting, storage and transportation of materials and apply QP approved plan for all heavy lifts.

Coordinate environment monitoring, including noise, CO2 emissions and illumination levels.

Manage waste management, including waste storage segregation, hazardous and non‑hazardous handling, and coordination with vendors and contractors for disposal as per law.

Assist Company Sr QHSE management system analyst in carrying out corrective actions against internal and external HSE audit findings.

Prepare, review and implement HSE plan procedures and method statements; conduct site HSE audit preparations, reports, tracking and closures.

Organize and conduct periodic inspections of firefighting systems, coordinating with TPI vendors for testing and calibrations.

Review and assess HSE documents related to contracts.

Bachelor's Degree in engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent from a recognized body and NEBOSH Certificate.

10 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse and material handling, including the oil and gas sector.

Experience in planning, conducting and reporting QHSE audits and inspections.

Skills and experience in analysis and reporting of HSE data.
