Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site
- Review drawings, specifications and project documents
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and productivity
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare site reports, inspections and project documentation
- Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment utilization
- Assist in project planning, scheduling and cost control
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant construction experience
- UPDA/MMUP Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination and quality control
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in Qatar/GCC projects preferred
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project responsibilities
