IT Network Engineer

The Network Engineer manages UNIX, Novell, VMS, Windows or similar computer networks. Performs a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to enable users to maximize productivity. Assists in planning and development of network resources. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, WLAN).
• Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Manage Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environments.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement network security best practices and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise network administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware, network monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.

• CCNA or CCNP
• MCSE or Microsoft Certified
• VMware VCP
• ITIL Foundation
