Structural Design Engineer
We are a leading engineering consultancy in Doha looking for a qualified Structural Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures for large-scale building projects, ensuring efficient, safe, and code-compliant solutions.
Responsibilities- Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete buildings, including high-rise towers 20+ stories.
- Develop and review structural calculations, models, and design reports.
- Utilize CSI software ETABS and SAFE for structural modeling and analysis.
- Prepare and coordinate structural drawings with drafting teams.
- Coordinate closely with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.
- Review and optimize structural systems RC and steel for efficiency and constructability.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural design consultancy.
- Strong experience in large-scale RC projects, including high-rise buildings 20+ floors.
- Proficient in ETABS and SAFE CSI programs.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Knowledge in steel structure structural system review is required.
- Previous GCC experience is mandatory.

Trust Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and extensive BIM coordination experience across multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities- Lead BIM coordination activities across all disciplines, including Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
- Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and manage resolution workflows.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.
- Monitor model quality, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Provide technical BIM support and guidance to internal teams.
- Review and validate models submitted by external consultants and subcontractors.
- Prepare BIM reports, model progress updates, and coordination documentation.
- Support project delivery teams in meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on BIM experience.
- Strong experience in BIM coordination for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Solid knowledge of international BIM standards and Qatar construction practices.
