Responsibilities
- Spearhead the MEP design process ensuring alignment with project specifications, client needs and industry best practices, and proactively identify and mitigate potential design conflicts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous professional development and technical expertise.
- Oversee preparation and review of MEP drawings, calculations, and specifications, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design and construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in MEP design and project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects from concept to completion, demonstrating strong technical acumen and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and building simulation tools.
