We are seeking experienced Development Engineers in Aircraft Technical Support to provide engineering support for aircraft maintenance programmes, technical documentation, configuration management, and continuing airworthiness activities while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and manufacturer standards. This is a 9-month extendable contract position based in Qatar. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aircraft technical support, continuing airworthiness, CAMO or engineering services
- Experience in Systems, Avionics or Cabin Engineering within a commercial aviation environment
- Experience supporting aircraft maintenance programmes, engineering documentation and technical records
- Working knowledge of EASA, ICAO and aircraft manufacturer requirements
- Experience with Airbus A320 Family or equivalent commercial aircraft is highly preferred
- Expertise in aircraft technical documentation, engineering orders and maintenance programme support
- Capable of supporting Systems, Avionics or Cabin Engineering activities within a commercial aviation environment
- Proficient in managing engineering changes, configuration control and technical records
- Experience reviewing aircraft manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives and engineering publications
- Proficiency in engineering information systems while ensuring compliance with EASA, ICAO and manufacturer requirements
- Effective collaboration with maintenance, planning, quality and engineering teams to support aircraft reliability and operational readiness
- Strong analytical, technical problem-solving and communication capabilities
