Job Summary We are seeking experienced and highly motivated MEP Engineers to join our growing team for projects in Qatar and the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, with hands-on experience in the execution, coordination, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP works for commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and clients, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other disciplines.
• Prepare material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor subcontractors and site workforce to ensure productivity and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project management teams.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
• Prepare as-built documentation and close-out reports.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, or high-rise projects is preferred.
• Gulf/Middle East experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Auto Cad/BIM/Revit is desirable.

• Indian nationals with 5–10-15 years of relevant MEP experience.
• Willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar or Dubai, UAE.

• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
