We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, utility networks, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, and electrical/telecom utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate site activities with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate approvals and inspections with relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within contractual obligations and client expectations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• UPDA/MMUP Certification (Preferred).
• PMP Certification (Preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong experience in Roads and Highways, Utility Networks, Drainage & Sewerage, Stormwater Networks, Potable Water Networks, Electrical & Telecom Duct Banks, Utility Corridors, Deep Utility Works, Utility Diversions, Road Reinstatement, Traffic Management, Authority Coordination.

• Working with projects involving Ashghal (Public Works Authority), Lusail City, Kahramaa, Qatar Development (QD) projects.
