• Doha, Qatar We are seeking a highly analytical Ingegnere Meccanico (m/f) to join our Advanced Manufacturing Systems Team on a Full-time basis. As a Lead Mechatronics Designer, you will serve as the primary authority on high-speed kinetic systems for automated production lines across the Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna industrial hubs. In this permanent role, you will bridge the gap between traditional machine design and smart factory integration to optimize the efficiency of our next-generation assembly solutions.
Key Responsibilities Kinematic & Dynamic Analysis:
Conduct advanced simulations of multi-axis robotic movements to optimize cycle times and reduce mechanical fatigue.
Predictive Maintenance Integration:
Oversee the implementation of vibration analysis sensors and thermal imaging modules within custom machinery to facilitate real-time performance tracking.
Regulatory Liaison:
Ensure all mechanical designs and safety enclosures comply with the Direttiva Macchine (2006/42/CE) and ISO 13849 standards.
Prototype Validation:
Lead multi-disciplinary teams of technicians and control engineers during the assembly, testing, and commissioning phases of bespoke industrial prototypes.
Requirements
Education:
Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica/Meccatronica).Certification:
Must be a licensed member of the Ordine degli Ingegneri (Section
A).Language:
Fluency in Italian and professional English.
Skills:
Proficiency in Solid Works or Autodesk Inventor, MATLAB/Simulink, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools like ANSYS.
