Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to provide technical leadership and client support across complex infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing technical relationships, delivering engineering solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of services in line with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate installation, operational and maintenance activities with internal teams and contractors.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues to minimise operational disruption.
- Monitor service delivery against agreed performance standards and KPIs.
- Prepare technical reports, project updates and engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality systems and HSE requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in infrastructure, utilities or large-scale engineering environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
