About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Advisor to support the strategic management of critical infrastructure assets within a major utilities environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in developing and implementing asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with international best practice.
- Lead lifecycle planning and asset performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct asset condition assessments and criticality analysis.
- Support investment planning and long‑term asset sustainability.
- Develop KPIs and asset performance reporting.
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to optimise asset reliability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional accreditation (IAM, Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred).
- 20+ years' experience in asset management within utilities or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.
- Experience with in water, wastewater or public infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Previous GCC experience is advantageous.
