Structural Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, inspection, and supervision of structural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

• Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Review structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure structural works are executed according to approved plans and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction.
• Identify and resolve structural issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and/or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP
  2000, STAAD Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.

• Professional Engineering certification or equivalent.
• Experience in high‑rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Gulf/Qatar experience is an advantage.
