The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and review civil engineering designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing project planning activities, supervising junior engineers, coordinating with architects and other disciplines, and producing detailed design documents and calculations. The role also involves overseeing stormwater management solutions, site development plans, and infrastructure layouts, as well as supporting approval processes with authorities.

The Senior Civil Engineer will provide technical guidance, attend site and coordination meetings, and monitor project progress to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ad‑Duqqi.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with the ability to lead complex projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience as Civil Engineers, including project coordination, client communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Candidates should possess planning skills, covering project scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery of engineering outputs to agreed timelines.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Stormwater Management, including drainage design, flood mitigation, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional registration or eligibility for registration as a civil engineer is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and familiarity with local authority requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
