Looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical with extensive experience in MEP contracting and be capable of independently managing the complete tendering and estimation process for large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.
- Independently manage the complete bidding and tendering cycle, including quantity surveying and estimation.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing analyses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality and competitive bids.
- Liaise with internal departments to support tender preparation and project handover.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory
. - QCDD certification is mandatory
. - 10–15 years of experience in an MEP contracting company, with experience as an Estimation Engineer or Senior Estimation Engineer.
- Proven experience handling tenders for large-scale projects such as:
- Hospitality developments
- Airport projects
- High-rise towers
- Strong knowledge of mechanical estimation, quantity surveying, and tendering procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Candy
. - Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
