MEP Maintenance Manager

A leading group of companies in Qatar is seeking an experienced MEP Maintenance Manager to lead and expand our MEP Maintenance Division.

• Must have the experience of running division independently.
• Available in Doha for a face‑to‑face interview
• Should be on a transferable visa with NOC
• Should have a valid driving license
• Must have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MEP in Qatar
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of MEP maintenance experience in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and facility management
• Familiarity with Qatar regulations and building codes, computer skills including excel, word, outlook and AUTOCAD.

• Manage the complete MEP maintenance operations for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities
• Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) programs
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work with technicians and subcontractors
• Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and technical reports
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work is completed to the highest standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Drive business growth by acquiring new maintenance contracts and clients
