Purposeof the position
As a Transportation & Installation (T&I) Coordinator, you will be part of the Project / Engineering / Operations Department and will support the successful execution of Transportation & Installation activities throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning functions. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and project requirements while supporting project execution strategies, interface management processes, and the timely availability of resources, materials, equipment, and information required for project delivery.

Support the successful execution of Transportation & Installation (T&I) activities by coordinating interfaces across project functions, ensuring effective integration between stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and project requirements.
- Manage and coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, contractors, and third parties.
- Develop and maintain interface management systems, registers, agreements, and related documentation.
- Act as the focal point for interface‑related communication and issue resolution among stakeholders.
- Facilitate interface meetings, technical reviews, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor interface deliverables, schedules, milestones, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Ensure integration of engineering deliverables, system boundaries, and project package interfaces.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate interface‑related risks, supporting Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Support construction, transportation, installation, commissioning, startup, shutdown, and tie‑in activities through effective interface management.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and progress updates while maintaining full traceability and documentation.
- Promote HSE compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in EPC/EPCI, offshore Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, or Infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing interfaces among engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, contractors, and third‑party stakeholders.
- Strong exposure to multi‑disciplinary and multi‑contractor project environments, preferably involving offshore, brownfield, or complex execution projects.
- Familiarity with project phases from FEED through commissioning and start‑up, including risk management, MOC, and interface control processes.
- Experience working with international teams and clients within offshore and Middle East project environments is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of T&I operations, interface management, and EPC/EPCI project execution.
- Understanding of project lifecycle phases, including FEED, detailed engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, and start‑up.
- Familiarity with risk management, Management of Change (MOC), project planning, and interface control processes.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office, and engineering/document management systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and project documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in multi‑disciplinary, multi‑contractor, and offshore project environments.
Some travelling may be required within the Middle East and offshore/onshore project locations, depending on project needs.
