• Review, analyse, and prepare Oil & Gas tender documents (technical & commercial).
• (Fire) Develop accurate cost estimations, quotations, and proposals in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and technical data.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, standards, and company policies.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and client negotiations.
• Maintain and track the tender pipeline to identify upcoming opportunities.
• Support management in achieving sales targets within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
• UPDA & QCDD Certified.
• 6-10 years of experience in sales, estimation, and tendering for fire protection systems.
• Proven expertise in technical and commercial proposal preparation.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Oil & Gas tendering procedures, and fire protection systems (fire alarm, suppression, hydrants, sprinklers, foam, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
