Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations for our lubricant manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing plant reliability, minimizing equipment downtime, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance practices, and driving continuous improvement across all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility systems.

Qualification:

Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in the oil & gas, lubricant blending, petroleum, refinery, petrochemical, or chemical processing industry
    .
  • Minimum 5 years in a Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership role.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Technical

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Experience maintaining rotating and static equipment, utilities, piping systems, storage tanks, boilers, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and HVAC systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS software (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering, shutdown planning, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and maintenance KPI management.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
Mandatory Criteria:
  • Proven maintenance management experience in lubricant manufacturing, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, petroleum, or chemical processing plants.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, CAPEX, shutdowns, and plant reliability programs.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE standards, PTW, LOTO, and statutory maintenance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and equipment reliability.
  • Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, rotating and static equipment across the manufacturing facility.
  • Plan and execute shutdowns, turnarounds, major overhauls, commissioning, and plant modification projects within budget and schedule.
  • Develop maintenance plans, manage CMMS, monitor maintenance KPIs, control maintenance budgets, and optimize spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, PTW, LOTO, OEM recommendations, engineering standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team while managing contractors and ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and HSE teams to improve equipment reliability, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
