Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project executi - on.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and resource allocati - on.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory require men - ts.
Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior manageme - nt.
Mentor and lead planning teams while promoting continuous improvement and best practic
- nts Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related Engineering discipl
- ine.
Mini
mum 8 years of overall experience, includ
ing 5 years in a supervisory planning r - ole.
GCC experience is prefer - red.
Professional certification such as PMP or MMUP/UPDA Engineer Registra
tion is an advant - age.
Advanced proficiency in Primaver
a - P6.Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, resource management, cash flow analysis, and project report
- ing.
Experience w
ith SAP ERP is prefer - red.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management ski
- For Strong analytical and problem-solving abilit
- ies.
Proven leadership and team management experie - nce.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environm - ent.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvem
Preferred candidates with GCC experience will have an advantage.
