Responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for piling, foundation, diaphragm wall, and geotechnical projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and operations teams during tender preparation.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare method statements, project schedules, and technical clarifications.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries.
• Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant bids.
• Maintain tender records and support contract handover after award.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal/tendering for piling, foundation, or geotechnical projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling, diaphragm wall, ground improvement, and geotechnical construction methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and proposal preparation skills.
