We are looking for driven and skilled professionals with LEED Accreditation (LEED GA, LEED AP) and/or GSAS Certification (GSAS CGP) to join our vibrant team in Doha, Qatar. This position is perfect for individuals with 3-7 years of experience in the green building sector, who have a strong passion for sustainability and a desire to expand their knowledge while making a significant impact in the industry.

The chosen candidate will engage in diverse projects, offering expertise in LEED and GSAS certification procedures, sustainable design, and building performance.

• Join the back-office team for LEED andGSAS certification management for various projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are integrated into project design & construction from inception through completion.
• Conduct sustainability complianceassurance, including energy efficiency, site analysis, LCA and waterefficiency calculations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for LEED and GSAS assigned criteria.
• Stayabreast of the latest developments in green building standards and sustainability practices.
• Provide guidance and training toteam members and stakeholders on sustainability and green buildingprinciples.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and benefits.

• University Degreein a relevant field (Architectural, MEP, Civil,Environmental Engineering,....).
• LEED GA, LEED AP accreditation or GSAS CGPaccreditation (it's OK if you are still preparing for the exam!).
• 3-7 Years of experience in implementing green building certification.
• Professional communication skillsin English (and preferably in Arabic).
• Residents of Qatar will be preferred if they have NOC.
