Civil Engineer

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution:
  Supervise technicians and subcontractors installing HVAC, electrical cables, piping, and plumbing systems per approved drawings.
• Coordination:
  Resolve site access/spatial conflicts between MEP trades and coordinate penetrations with civil teams.
• Quality & QA/QC:
  Conduct pressure/leakage tests, raise Inspection Requests (RFIs), and resolve punch list items per local codes.
• HSE & Safety:
  Enforce PPE use, conduct daily Toolbox Talks, and maintain safe working conditions at heights and during hot works.
• Reporting:
  Track daily manpower, material usage, and work progress; report site constraints and progress to project engineers.

• Education:
  
  Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  3 to 5+ years in MEP site supervision (construction/contracting).
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read MEP/structural drawings; working knowledge of HVAC (SMACNA/ASHRAE), electrical, and plumbing standards; strong labor management skills.
