Facade Estimator – Aluminum Systems

Responsibilities- analyze drawings and specifications for aluminum systems
- Prepare detailed estimates for:
Windows & doors Curtain walls & façades Pergolas, louvers, and cladding systems - Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators for accurate pricing
- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, glass types, accessories, and installation methods
