Surveyor job in Doha Qatar

We are currently searching for a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data about the land, buildings and other structures that are owned or used by our company. You will be working alongside a team of professionals to ensure the accuracy of all survey data. In addition, you should have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure you can provide reliable information that meets our clients' needs.

• Researching and interpreting survey data to identify geographic features such as boundaries, elevations and other measurements.
• Creating maps and detailed reports based on collected survey data.
• Utilizing GPS systems and other surveying instruments to accurately measure distances.
• Participating in field surveys by gathering relevant information from the environment in order to create an accurate understanding of the area being surveyed.
• Working with the project team to establish design parameters for projects such as roads or building sites by providing precise geographical information.
• Visiting construction sites on a regular basis in order to verify accuracy of survey work in progress and provide corrective guidance where necessary.
• Keeping records of all surveys conducted including measurements, reports, photographs, etc., for future reference purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field is preferred but not required if extensive experience can be demonstrated instead.
• Previous experience conducting land surveys is highly desirable but not essential if other qualifications can be provided instead such as GIS mapping courses etc.
• Excellent understanding of GPS systems as well as other surveying instruments like total station equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical plans accurately while possessing strong analytical skills for problem-solving purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly both verbally and written form with good attention to detail when it comes reporting findings following surveys conducted successfully.
