PositionSummary
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of various mechanical engineering projects. The successful candidate must have excellent technical skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have experience in the field. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their job duties.
Responsibilities- Design mechanical engineering projects according to client specifications
- Develop plans, cost estimates, and specifications for new projects
- Monitor progress on engineering projects and ensure timely completion
- Test mechanical components and systems for functionality and safety
- Prepare reports detailing design changes or recommendations for improvement
Investigate potential technical problems related to mechanical systems - Consult with clients regarding project design changes or modifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years' experience in mechanical engineering
- Strong working knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks/AutoCAD)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within teams
- A commitment to quality workmanship
