The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting surveys for properties and land plots in Doha. This includes ensuring that the measurements are accurate, creating maps of the surveyed land, giving advice on land use and legal matters related to property boundaries, and assessing the value of land. The Land Surveyor must be able to make precise calculations and ensure that the data is collected according to regulations.

The successful candidate must possess a degree in surveying or a related field, preferably at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have an understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to surveying as well as knowledge of drafting techniques and survey equipment. The ideal candidate must also have excellent mathematical skills with accuracy and attention to detail being essential.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team setting. The Land Surveyor should also be well organized with the ability to manage their time effectively in order to meet deadlines. Candidates should have a valid Driving License as some travel may be required for certain projects. Familiarity with computer programs such as CAD programs would be beneficial but not necessary for this role.
