Land surveyor in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha and help us provide accurate and reliable survey data to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- planning, organizing and executing land surveys
- monitoring field activities of survey staff
- preparing reports
- analyzing and interpreting data
- ensuring safety at all times
As a Land Surveyor, you must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Degree in Geomatics/Land Surveying or equivalent experience.
- A valid driver’s license is essential as travel may be required.
- Extensive knowledge of survey equipment; GPS/GIS systems; boundary laws; regulations and standards; cartography; mathematics; geodesy; land description systems; engineering principles; relevant software applications and other related topics.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work under pressure is essential as well as the ability to manage complex projects with accuracy and precision.
- You must also be able to work well in a team environment.
