Senior Consultant / Project Manager – Ports & Marine

Location:

Doha, Qatar

• Manage studies and projects within the Ports & Marine service line.
• Act as a Senior Consultant in the delivery of Port Consulting and Engineering Services.
• Ensure technical quality through the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote cost reduction and productivity enhancement across projects.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, data gathering activities, and technical evaluations relevant to assigned work.
• Participate in design reviews and provide advice on technical design, drafting issues, and compliance requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain project cost and quality control in accordance with established project management procedures and standards.

• Preferably 15+ years of relevant experience (minimum 10 years) within the Ports & Marine Engineering industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management capabilities, with relevant certifications being an advantage.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects successfully.
