We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Doha. As an Indian national you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment contributing to various projects and initiatives. In this contract position you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems for various structures and facilities. Your expertise in electrical engineering principles and practices will be crucial in ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and meet all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Designing electrical systems for new construction projects
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects
- Collaborating with architects, contractors and other engineers to ensure electrical systems are integrated seamlessly into building plans
- Selecting appropriate materials and equipment for each project based on budgetary constraints
- Performing quality control checks on construction sites to ensure compliance with design plans
- Troubleshooting issues with existing electrical systems and providing solutions
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Proven experience in designing electrical systems for various structures such as buildings, roads or bridges
- Strong knowledge of local safety codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software is preferred
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
