Position: Construction Lead (LQ Other Structures)

Support as an expert the Compression Contractor for safe and successful execution of CP Topsides coating & insulation works scopes to meet overall project objectives by insuring HSE, Quality, planning, effective and efficient delivery of Compression Project.
Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.
Manages and ensures successful execution of coating & insulation items fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).
To provide specialist support for the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the coating & insulation items fabrication to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance with all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.
To review deviations to LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.
Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all coating & insulation subject, to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
To Participate in Risk Assessments, kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
To participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the Company.
Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including as an expert for coating & insulation. Additional relevant work experience may be substituted for technical education.
Good knowledge of Project Execution procedures and field management and techniques including fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing and completions.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
Salary:
- Day Rate in USD Plus Allowance

- 10 Hours / 6 Days

- 36 Months, with possible extension
