Senior Advisor – Refinery & Petrochemical Development & Restructuring (BOT)

Armaze Strategic Holding LLC is seeking a Senior Advisor to provide high-level strategic expertise in developing, reviewing, and restructuring the technical and commercial aspects of large-scale refining, petrochemical, and downstream projects, with a core focus on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) frameworks.

• Project Development:
  Evaluate investment concepts, lead feasibility studies, and review project development plans across the refining, petrochemical, and downstream sectors.
• Structuring & De-risking:
  Review and restructure technical and commercial terms, mitigating complex project bottlenecks to render opportunities bankable and commercially viable for execution.
• Technical & Financial Assessment:
  Evaluate refining configurations, petrochemical complexes, plant capacities, feedstock requirements, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and financial models.
• Negotiation & Transaction Support:
  Provide technical and commercial counsel during negotiations to successfully reach final project agreements, concessions, and BOT contracts.

• Experience:
  
  25+ years of relevant professional experience in oil refining, petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, or mega industrial projects (experience in restructuring complex projects is a plus).
• Specialization:
  Proven executive track record in BOT/PPP projects, feasibility studies, and structuring/supporting high-value transactions.
• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
