Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contract Engineer with a solid background in EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of large‑scale engineering projects, ensuring compliance, resolving disputes, and safeguarding the company’s commercial interests.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management for EPC contracts
- Preparation and review of EPC contract documents
- Monitoring contractual issues throughout project lifecycle
- Reviewing and evaluating contractual claims
- Managing and resolving contractual disputes
- Well‑versed in standards and contract frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Contract drafting & review for EPC projects
- Monitoring contractual compliance across project phases
- Evaluating claims and preparing recommendations
- Managing disputes and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensuring all contract activities align with standards
