Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Prepare and edit Train Operating Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Parts Catalogs, and supporting technical documentation.
- Create and manage digital documentation in accordance with project procedures and documentation standards.
- Review and validate technical documents produced by suppliers, engineering teams, and maintenance teams.
- Administer documentation and Content Management Systems, ensuring accurate approval, distribution, and publication.
- Gather technical information using systems such as SAP, Cor-map, SharePoint, and other engineering platforms.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Engineers, Technical Managers, Engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely document approvals.
- Experience in Digital Maintenance Management Systems.
- Proven technical documentation experience in heavy industry, preferably Rolling Stock maintenance.
- Experience using documentation management systems within an engineering environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Railway industry knowledge or train/heavy-industry maintenance experience is preferred.
