- Manage contractor maintenance, cleaning, and RRRU works across Foul Water, SGW, and TW systems.
- Ensure availability, reliability, and maintainability of DNO&M assets.
- Supervise contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
- Review and optimize preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
- Drive initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency, cost, and service availability.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, breakdowns, and flooding events.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of emergencies and customer-related incidents.
- Review tender documents and lead the RRRU project lifecycle.
- Support engineers on commercial matters and contract risks.
- Ensure compliance with EAMS, DNO&M procedures, and asset management processes.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Subject
- Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia
- Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would bean advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ cumulative experience of Drainage Networks including 3 years managing contractors and leading a team.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary Organization preferably in the Middle East.
