Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduating student or recent graduate to join our Customer Services team as an Engineering Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in aerospace customer support, technical documentation, engineering processes, and maintenance services.
Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist in providing technical support, coordinating service activities, and contributing to projects that support our global customer base.
Position and Reporting Structure This is a full-time Customer Services Engineering Intern position. Throughout your internship, you will report directly to the Customer Services Manager and may be assigned to work with various departments (procurement, quality, engineering) to gain practical experience and exposure to different aspects of the business, based on operational requirements and your development plan.
Key Learning Objectives and Responsibilities:
Support various departments by assisting with day-to-day operational, technical, and administrative tasks as assigned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey region (from Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chain, and Logistics, etc.) in order to achieve business objectives. Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of technical and operational documentation. Utilize the company's systems and tools, including ERP software, to support assigned projects and maintain accurate records.
Participate in projects and assignments that contribute to improving operational efficiency and business performance. Assist with research, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and engineering activities. Support local and global teams in order to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services. Participate in technical sales and marketing activities by providing engineering insights. Assist in customer support, product demonstrations, and proposal preparations.
Follow all safety protocols and standards while performing daily assignments. Report to the Manager any safety hazards or unsafe conditions encountered while form other responsibilities that may be assigned by your Manager or management in accordance with your training and development objectives. Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring it is stored securely and shared only with authorized personnel.
