COOEC Doha, Qatar, is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer for overseas projects. You will lead mechanical design, equipment selection and technical management for offshore platforms, FPSO and semi-submersible units, and provide documentation support.
Responsibilities include client coordination, tender document reviews, FAT participation, and technical training.
Required:
15+ years offshore engineering, familiarity with API/ASME/SHELL and Qatar standards; CET-6/TOEIC or English-Chinese
