Junior Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer based in Qatar to support engineering projects and daily technical operations. The successful candidate will assist senior engineers in planning, designing, executing, and monitoring engineering activities while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and execution.
• Review technical drawings, reports, calculations, documentation, engineering specifications, drawings, and project requirements
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.
• Assist in cost estimation, material take-offs, and procurement activities.
• Monitor equipment and system performance and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture or relevant discipline).
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, GIS or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.

• Work may involve office-based and site-based activities.
• Occasional travel to project locations as required.
