. Our client,
Danem Engineering Works W.L.L, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering professional capable of managing complex engineering projects from planning through successful completion.

• Lead mechanical/engineering projects from initiation through execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines, quality requirements, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor, and site activities.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable HSE, quality, contractual, and technical requirements.
• Manage project risks, variations, delays, and corrective actions to protect project objectives.
• Conduct progress reviews and communicate project status to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure timely resolution of technical and execution issues.

• Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close large engineering projects.
• Mechanical Engineering: Strong technical foundation for managing mechanical project scope and deliverables.
• Planning & Scheduling: Ability to manage milestones, resources, dependencies, and project timelines.
• Cost & Contract Control: Understanding of project budgets, variations, commercial obligations, and cost performance.
• HSE & Quality Management: Ability to maintain project execution in line with required safety and quality standards.

• EPC/project execution experience in large engineering environments.
• Strong stakeholder, subcontractor, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Project management certification such as PMP is desirable.
