Licensed Aircraft Engineer - B1 & B2 Light Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced and Licensed Aircraft Engineer to perform, supervise, and certify aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable flight operations. The role supports Light Maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and certify aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with approved procedures and regulations.
• Supervise technicians and mechanics, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain aircraft serviceability to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and to customer and company quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to maintenance personnel.
• Comply with all safety, quality, environmental, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance/Engineering.
• Valid ICAO/EASA Aircraft Maintenance License with B1/B2 approval.
• Certificate of Release to Service (CRS).
• Minimum 7 years of authorization experience on A350, B777, and/or B787 aircraft.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure maintenance environment.
