Qatar Foundation International is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to interpret OPRs and prepare accurate cost estimates and ROM budgets for major infrastructure projects in Doha. You will establish baselines, support value engineering, and provide input on risk analysis and tender preparation.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in quantity surveying or civil engineering, 6–8 years in cost management, and proficiency in Primavera, Excel, and cost databases; MRICS/FRICS are preferred.
