Prepare detailed Road Infrastructure shop drawings in accordance with approved design drawings project specifications and ASHGHAL requirements
. Prepare and revise road layouts plans profiles longitudinal sections and cross-sections
. Develop drawings for road alignments kerbs footpaths medians road markings signage and associated infrastructure works as applicable. Prepare Temporary Diversion Plans TDP and traffic diversion drawings in accordance with project and authority requirements. Prepare accurate As-Built Drawings based on approved site changes survey information and red-line markups. Ensure As-Built drawings comply with ASHGHAL standards and submission requirements
. Update shop drawings based on consultant client comments RFIs approved design changes and actual site conditions. Coordinate drawings with civil utilities drainage electrical mechanical and other infrastructure disciplines to identify and avoid clashes. Coordinate with site engineers surveyors QA QC engineers and construction teams to obtain accurate information for drawing preparation. Incorporate survey coordinates levels chainages and other relevant site data into drawings.
Maintain proper drawing numbers revisions registers and document-control requirements
. Prepare drawings and related documentation required for project handover and final authority submissions
. Review drawings for accuracy dimensions levels and compliance before submission. Attend to consultant client comments and make necessary revisions within the required timeframe. Maintain organized CAD files and ensure the latest approved drawings are available to the construction team. Support the engineering site team with any additional AutoCAD drafting requirements related to road and infrastructure works.
- Relevant experience in Road & Infrastructure Drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong experience in preparing Shop Drawings
- Good knowledge of ASHGHAL standards
- Experience in preparing As-Built Drawings as per ASHGHAL requirements
- Experience in Temporary Diversion Plans (TDP)
- Familiar with project Handover Drawings & Documentation
- Candidates with relevant Qatar Road & Infrastructure project experience preferred
