Job SummaryThe Facilities Engineer will support the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems
, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively, safely, and in accordance with required technical standards.
- Coordinate preventive, preventive, and reactive maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, ELV, HVAC, and associated electromechanical systems.
- Conduct technical inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and recommend corrective solutions.
- Coordinate supervisors, technicians, and specialist contractors.
- Monitor system performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE and applicable technical standards.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance recommendations.
- Support planning and supervision of technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' Facility Management experience.
- Experience with similar-sized projects within the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems.
- Good knowledge of standards applicable within Qatar.
- Good understanding of Quality Management and QHSE requirements.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- QCDD certification preferred.
- Grade B classification by Kahramaa / competent authority preferred.
