Proposal Manager; Mechanical Plant Estimation & Tendering

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager (Mechanical Plant) with strong expertise in mechanical plant estimation, tendering, pricing, and EPC proposal management
.

Experience Requirement:

• 12–18+ years of relevant experience.
• EPC/Main Contractor or Mechanical Contractor background.
• Mechanical plant, power, energy, O&G, mining, or industrial projects.
• Strong tendering, estimation, BOQ, take-off, and pricing experience.
• Experience evaluating OEM, supplier, and subcontractor quotations.
• Proven experience handling high-value and complex tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete tendering and proposal processes.
• Prepare estimates, pricing, BOQs, and cost build-ups.
• Coordinate technical and commercial inputs.
• Identify risks, exclusions, and commercial opportunities.
• Support bid strategy, value engineering, negotiations, and final submission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong EPC tendering and estimation knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and tendering/estimating tools.
• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.
