ELV MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of ELV projects including planning execution monitoring testing commissioning and handover
• Prepare detailed project execution plans schedules manpower requirements material requirements and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients consultants main contractors subcontractors suppliers and internal departments
• Supervise and coordinate all ELV systems
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings specifications project requirements and applicable standards
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action for any delays
• Prepare and submit progress reports project updates and management reports
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate technicians engineers and supervisors effectively
• Coordinate testing commissioning inspection and final handover of ELV systems
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants regarding technical and commercial matters

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV project management.
• Strong experience in managing ELV systems and site installations.
• Previous experience in Qatar/GCC projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant ELV standards, codes, and authority requirement.
