Qualifications*

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

• 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g.,construction, installation, fabrication, execution,
• completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or
• oversight of service/vendor personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of turnover and acceptance systems and completions software, with exceptional experience of building
• completions databases.
• Experienced in developing, managing and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
• Experience in project completions and project systemization, including check sheet development, check sheet allocation, writing
• of pre-commissioning / commissioning documents such as commissioning procedures and method statements.
• Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the
• project scope.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

• Strong organizational, leadership, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequentchanges in priorities.
• Able to identify and analyse complex issues and provide recommendations. Prepare contingency plans for unexpected scope
• changes (pro-active, forward-looking)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English, with strong teamwork facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
• Strongly Client focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Execute work in full compliance with Qatar Energy LNG Standards of Business Conduct and Qatar Energy LNG Project Management
• System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, advanced computer literacy.
• Knowledge of worldwide vendors and contractors.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Willing and able to travel as required.
