The Senior ELV Engineer will be responsible for the engineering, coordination, installation oversight, testing & commissioning, and handover of ELV systems for Data Centre projects. The role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and SMEs, and ensuring successful project delivery in compliance with project specifications, client standards, and applicable codes.
Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and system architecture drawings.
Coordinate interfaces between ELV, ICT, Security, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, and EPMS systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards.
Construction & Project DeliverySupervise ELV subcontractors and monitor installation quality.
Resolve technical and interface issues during construction.
Support project planning, progress monitoring, and risk mitigation.
Lead testing, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) activities.
Conduct Cause & Effect testing and verify system functionality.
Ensure timely closure of commissioning comments, defects, and punch-list items.
TOI & HandoverManage Technical Open Items (TOI) and coordinate responses with stakeholders.
Prepare O&M manuals, as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation.
Support operational readiness, training, and project closeout.
Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
Participate in technical meetings, workshops, and authority inspections.
Systems ExpertiseCCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, , Structured Cabling, ICT Infrastructure.
BMS, EPMS, CPMS, Leak Detection Systems, Critical Environment Monitoring, and Integrated Systems Testing.
Technical KnowledgeNFPA 72, NFPA 75, NFPA 76, NFPA 101, NFPA 2001.
Local authority and fire code requirementsData Centre commissioning, integrated testing, and operational readiness processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of ELV experience with at least 3 years on Data Centre projects.
Strong experience in commissioning, IST, TOI closure, and project handover.
Experience working with a Main Contractor/General Contractor is preferred.
Preferred:
Experience on Microsoft or hyperscale Data Centre projects.
