Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule preventive maintenance plans for all plant instrumentation ensuring optimal equipment reliability and minimizing downtime
- Coordinate with production engineering and operations teams to effectively schedule maintenance without impacting plant output
- Manage instrument maintenance backlog prioritizing tasks based on criticality risk and available resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities including costs labor and parts used within the CMMS
- Bachelor's degree in Control/Instrument Engineering5 years of field experience in the maintenance of automation systems & planning activities
- 3 years of experience in maintenance planning jobs in a similar environment of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries
- Should have a detailed understanding of preventive/predictive maintenance theory
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and plan effective solutions
At least 2 to 3 major turnaround/shutdown experiences
