Responsible for leading and managing the commissioning, start up support, system completion, and handover activities for overall commissioning of WHPs, STPMs and BVS. The position serves as the primary focal point between PMT Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance teams to achieve operational readiness and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute E&I, Mechanical, Piping and HVAC commissioning activities safely and on schedule.
- Manage RFC, RFSU and handover readiness with Operations.
- Lead handover reviews and system acceptance meetings.
- Supervise Contractor commissioning activities and methodology compliance.
- Ensure commissioning spares and special tools availability.
- Support system completion, walkdowns and PSSR.
- Coordinate commissioning and handover documentation.
- Lead daily handover meetings and cross-functional coordination.
- Track and implement commissioning lessons learned.
- Ensure preventive maintenance plans are implemented.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
- 8+ years’ Oil & Gas project experience
- 3+ years in commissioning
- 1+ year in supervision/oversight.
- Knowledge of codes, standards, contracts and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
- Proficient in P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings and procedures.
- LNG vendor experience covering compressors, power generation and control systems.
- Experienced in MC, RFC, RFSU, handover and commissioning completion.
- Strong coordination with Operations & Maintenance during project transition.
- Knowledge of LOTO and commissioning HSE requirements.
- Experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Start-up, operational handover and offshore experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills within PMT.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective coordination with Contractor teams to obtain required information.
- Experienced in interface coordination and documentation
